• Field Hits/Borrower Interviews: We will attempt to make contact  with the borrower. We can deliver written communication and/or attempt to put the borrower on the phone with your contact.   
  

                                       

• Occupancy Verifications: We will attempt to determine whether the property is vacant or occupied. Determine who is occupying the home (the borrower or renter) and obtain contact information.
  

                               

• Property Condition Reports: We will provide a report of the general condition of the home, both interior and exterior, as well as,
  

       the presence or absence of appliances, air conditioning units, and

       well and pool equipment, if applicable.

                               

• Asset Inspections: Provided on a recurring basis we look for presence of for sale sign, check for any safety or security issues, verify lockbox is coded correctly, status of utilities, that the tstat is set to your preferred temperature, condition of pool (if applicable), and the presence of any required flyers (FNMA, marketing, etc).
