BPO AND MLS PHOTOS

BPO PHOTOS:

Our detailed BPO photos include the following:

Exterior: street scene (up and down street), all four sides of property, all equipment (HVAC, well, pool, etc), electric meter (up close and at a distance), any visible damage, all outbuildings.

Interior: moving systematically from right-to-left, or left-to-right, depending on layout, one shot from each corner of the room - floor to ceiling, floor, ceiling, any visible damages, bathrooms: all fixtures, plumbing, kitchen: all appliances or absence, plumbing, garage: water heater, a/c unit if visible, breaker box. Photos will be taken of all visible damage (note: this is not meant to replace a thorough home inspection)

These photos should be detailed enough to allow you to accurately complete your BPO report.


MLS PHOTOS:

Typically includes front of home, garage, one of each room, several of the main living area, and several of the kitchen. These are market ready photos. Additional photos (rear of home, additional shots of each room, available on request).
